This workshop is an invitation to come home to your highest self. Together, we’ll begin with guided pranayama (breath practices) to clear the mind, open the body, and awaken your inner energy. From there, you’ll be guided into an extended savasana, where Katrina will immerse you in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gong.
The journey shifts brainwaves from Beta — the state of stress, worry, and activity — into Theta, the realm between waking and dreaming, where deep relaxation, restoration, and inner peace reside. This process is profoundly calming and can support emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical healing. Come with an open heart, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to rest deeply. You’ll leave feeling nourished, renewed, and at ease.

Evening Glow; Yoga & Sound
Join us for a nourishing evening on the water as the day comes to a close. We’ll gather at a private residence at Blue Lake to move, breathe, and connect in the beauty of nature. The evening begins with 60 minutes of yoga guided by Shaunna, designed to gently open the body, release tension, and invite ease as the sun begins to set. Surrounded by fresh air and the calming sounds of the lake, this practice will help you ground into the present moment and reconnect with yourself.
Following yoga, Katrina will guide a 30-minute sound bath to deepen your relaxation. Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments wash over you as the sky shifts into twilight. Together, the movement and sound create a restorative, heart-opening experience — a perfect way to transition from day into evening, held by community and nature.

Are you ready to relax, unwind, and elevate your spirit? Now, is the time to enliven your dreams and invite love, and abundance, into every moment. Come set intentions for the new moon with Katrina & Shaunna!
Enjoy a one-day retreat with Shaunna Sutcliffe, Holistic Yoga Therapist, and Teacher/Healer Katrina Cantu, at the beautiful Society, Hot Springs Hotel in Bingen, Washington.
Bring your yoga mat, yoga blanket, blocks, and yoga strap; along with a swimsuit for this deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and healing experience. It is our intention you come away from this experience deeply relaxed and open to receive the blessings the universe has intended for you.
We will lead you through healing, nourishing, and therapeutic movements to release what’s stuck and holding us back and open our hearts for love and our minds for clarity. We will chant together, meditate, journal, and discuss (if you like); and experience a deep sound healing at the end of the day. A healthy nourishing lunch and tea or coffee will also be included.
Afterward, we will enjoy an hour in the soaking pools and sauna. This is optional but must be paid to us if you are not a hotel guest, $25 if you are not a hotel guest. (You will receive a confirmation after registering, to pay if you’d like to soak.

Saturday, Agenda: 9:30 am-4:30 pm
9:30-10 am: Welcome, tea, and agenda
10 am-12 pm: Shaunna will lead us through breathwork and short guided meditation with journal prompts to release/let go. Then we will try some nourishing yoga movements, self-massage, and playful dance to break up the past “stickiness” in our muscles, tissues, hearts, and minds. We will focus on Hips and Shoulders this day.
12 pm-12:45 pm: Enjoy a healthy lunch in the sanctuary and take a short walk if you like (lunch is provided)
12:45-1:15 pm: Shaunna will lead you through a journey through your body and mind to help your food and yoga digest, and your body go more fully into rest and restoration.
1:15-1:45 pm: Katrina will lead us through breathwork for 30 mins to help our bodies wake up and finalize digestion before movement.

Costa Rica Retreat Part 2 (Beach)
Sol Sanctuary in Playa Grande
Sol Sanctuary is right on the Pacific Ocean in Playa Grande, we’ll travel there February 14th-20th.
Nestled along the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, and a short distance from Tamarindo, Playa Grande is a hidden gem that offers an unforgettable experience for human, surfers and wildlife enthusiasts alike.
This vibrant coastal town is renowned for its pristine beaches, and consistent surf breaks, it attracts surfers from all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to catch your first wave or an experienced rider seeking a challenge, Playa Grande has it all.
Beyond its waves, Playa Grande is also home to incredible wildlife. Situated adjacent to Las Baulas National Marine Park, it offers the unique opportunity to witness the nesting ritual of leatherback turtles. From October to March they come ashore to lay their eggs.

Join Shaunna Sutcliffe, Holistic Yoga Therapeutic Coach, for a conversation about the skeletal and muscular structures of the Neck and Shoulder region. Our discussion will revolve around the practices of yoga, massage, and various exercises aimed at maintaining the strength and well-being of these areas.
Each student will receive an assessment and plan for their own body before leaving. We will discuss common injuries and concerns. (Please note that this workshop is not intended as medical guidance, it's important to consult your healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activities.)

Summer Kid’s Yoga Camp!!
Summer Kid’s Yoga Camp at Rising Tide!
This is a multi-day camp Tuesday August 12th through Thursday August 14th, 11:30-4 pm. You can register your kids for one, two, or all three days! $90 per day for single or $250 for all three days.
What will we do? Each day we will do yoga, play games, use the aerial yoga swings, and go to the splash pad and main city park. Kids will be asked to bring a packed lunch, or a lunch can be provided for an extra $10 per day.
What should they bring? A yoga mat (if they have one, we sell them or they can be rented for $3 per day), a packed lunch, a water bottle, a swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen, and a hat.
Who is teaching? We have two teachers each day, Madison and Katrina.
Each day the kids will have different activities depending on the weather and ages of the kids. We may do art, board games, playful games, relay races, and more!

Lunar Bliss: Women’s Moon Circle Ritual
Lunar Bliss: Moon Circle Ritual
Katrina and Shaunna will host space for a community to gather for the Moon Circle. The gathering will include discussion, journaling, movement, dance, a cacao/tea ceremony and sound healing!
Open to all ages, genders and abilities. This is a CLOSED CONTAINER, meaning you must arrive by 6:40 to participate in the MOON RITUAL; sharing, journaling, cacao, discussion, sound healing, and sacred dance.
If you attend this portion you are welcome to stay for the Ecstatic Dance that follows, 8-10pm!
Every Moon Phase is different and invites us to look at ourselves from a different perspective as we journey on the path to continue our growth.
Feel free to bring any offerings or special objects to place on our collective altar and bring a small item to share for the potluck if you like!

Intro to Kriya Workshop with Katrina Cantu: This workshop will give you the basic understanding of what Kriya Yoga is.
Katrina will lead you through discussion on the technology of Kriya Yoga, lead you in a Kriya Yoga practice, and send you home with a Kriya set to practice on your own! This vein of yoga is unique and transformative. We will be practicing Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, Asana, and Meditation in this workshop. Come with a yoga mat, journal, pen, water, & clothes to move in.

Aerial Yoga Teacher Training May 17 & 18
Aerial Yoga Teacher Training With Yoga Alliance Certified ERYT Teacher Trainer, Shaunna Sutcliffe, Saturday May 17th and Sunday May 18th. 11:15am-5pm (with 45 minute lunch break). Both Days are required.
Learn how to use the swing for yoga, yoga teaching, and 1-1 clients. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend this training. You will receive a complete manual for this training.

Instant Spinal Traction
Back pain affects millions, but with the Yoga Trapeze, clients can use gravity to gently decompress their spine—even without prior yoga experience. This natural form of traction often provides relief that’s difficult to achieve through other methods.
Suspension Training
True functional fitness involves pushing, pulling, and stabilizing your body weight. While traditional mat-based yoga focuses on pushing and holding, it rarely incorporates pulling movements—essential for maintaining a healthy back, neck, and upper body. Hip and Low Back Therapeutics
Join owner and Holistic Yoga Therapeutics Coach, Shaunna Sutcliffe to learn about the skeletal and muscular structures of the Pelvis and Lower back region. Our discussion will revolve around the practices of yoga, massage, somatics and various exercises aimed at maintaining the strength and well-being of these areas.
Each student will receive an assessment and plan for their body before leaving. We will discuss common injuries and concerns. (Please note that this workshop is not intended as medical guidance, it's important to consult your healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activities.)

Take a little time out just for you this spring. An opportunity to connect with yourself through light movement, somatic breathwork & meditation, and Ayurvedic self-care practices. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a pen, journal, and old towel you don’t mind getting oily. Participants will receive some self-care goodies to take home! Pneuma Breathwork
Pneuma Breathwork is a revolutionary pranayama that has been practiced by thousands throughout the globe for the last 40 years, created by the founder of Pneuma Institute Juan Ruiz Naupari. The objective of Pneuma Breathwork is to open our perception to the deeper unknown contents of our psyche, in order to make contact with our spiritual essence, with inner peace, and to gradually heal our lives. From this space, we are able to make a serene investigation of the elements of the psyche that produce symptoms such as depression, meaninglessness, and the diverse psychological abnormalities that generate suffering. Pneuma Breathwork is a deep and easy practice that gives natural access to extraordinary or transpersonal states of consciousness. These states allow for the exploration of the more subtle and refined inner dimensions of the psyche. This session includes an introduction, 2hrs of pneumatic breathing, mandala drawing, and an integration circle for sharing.
