Reiki (Energy Healing)

Reiki is a method of energy healing practiced today by millions of people worldwide. Created in the early 20th century by Dr. Mikao Usui, this Japanese healing art is now accepted widely as a means to treat emotional and physical issues in a non-invasive way.

Reiki Treatments ​can support you during many challenges in your life. Sessions benefit those who suffer from anxiety, depression, sleep issues and chronic pain, as well as other physical challenges. It is also helpful for recovery from surgery and injuries and for those suffering from effects of chemotherapy.

Sound Healing

Sound healers may use sound bowls, gongs, chimes, and other tools to balance the vibrations in your body, mind, and spirit. We have monthly sound healings in a group setting. You may also want to book a private session.

1-1 Yoga & Movement Therapeutics

In movement therapy sessions we go deeper than yoga. We’ll ask you questions and listen intently to the answers. We will look at your walk, your muscles, your posture and more. We will discuss your pain, your daily activities, your goals, your stress, and other aspects of your life.

If you are dealing with pain, we will address the body as a WHOLE to address any weakness, compensation, trauma, feelings, or habits. Or perhaps your goal is strength? Let’s help you achieve YOUR goals.

Health Coaching & Meal Prep

Do you want to feel great? We help you do more of what you love feeling energized and stronger! Experiencing pain or needing to lose weight? Our health coaching and meal prep service will help you manage your diet and nutrition to reduce pain and feel your best!

We work together as a team usually in 3-5 sessions to create goals, learn, plan, carry out activities, create accountability, and have fun! You’ll develop new habits as we help you with meal plans, shopping lists, and the creation of delicious meals!

As someone thriving with chronic illness, Shaunna is uniquely positioned to help you discover what foods help and hurt.

She’s helped clients reduce pain and stress, and achieve more functional bodies and happier brains.

The level of support we provide, from meal planning to meals prepared for you by a personal chef, is up to you.

Retreats

We have day, weekend, and week long retreats throughout the year in the PNW and beyond.

We have seasonal retreats to the Society Hotel in Bingen Washington, and regional retreat to places like the Oregon coast, Sunriver, Oregon and the Redwoods in Northern California. We’ve been to Mexico and are headed to Costa Rica in February.

We’ll also help you create a unique retreat of your own for yourself, family, friend, or work groups.

We have in person and virtual movement and stress reduction classes 7 days per week. Classes range from gentle to advanced and include Aerial Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yin, Gentle, Hatha, Hot, and more.

We also have a variety of monthly workshops including sound bowl healing, kids camps, and more!

Let’s help keep your family healthy as they age. Our Team is trained in chair yoga, senior yoga, and therapeutic yoga; and loves working with seniors at their care homes, family homes, or the yoga studio.
