Traditional Health Coaching: In this approach, we work with the real food plan not focusing on specific types of foods, or body types. We also talk about herbs, supplements and sleep. 

Ayurvedic Health Coaching: a comprehensive and individualized approach to working with people’s unique constitutions — not a one-size-fits-all method. We evaluate your health history, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas, and determine a plan to help bring greater balance through Food As Medicine.
