Ayurvedic Health Coaching: a comprehensive and individualized approach to working with people’s unique constitutions — not a one-size-fits-all method. We evaluate your health history, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas, and determine a plan to help bring greater balance through Food As Medicine.
