Yoga for Office Bodies

I have created this class after 15 years in an office and 10 years teaching my coworkers yoga every week. While sitting at a desk, our bodies undergo a series of repetitive movements and possible minor injuries, especially if we hold incorrect postures or ergonomics. This class will not only support you to relieve your discomfort and pain, but work to build strength where needed and teach new patterns to your body. The class is offered on a sliding scale you can pay, $5-$20, per week.
