7 Days & 7 Nights in Beautiful Baja Mexico

Join us on this small yoga retreat for life-changing movement and meditation practice, beautiful beaches and warm waters. Optional surf instruction and coaching included. Private wellness therapy or coaching sessions for an additional fee.

 Sample/Draft Itinerary 

Thursday Arrival

Staff will pick you up from the Airport, along with other attendees and we will relax at the house, go to the beach, eat a delicious dinner, do yoga and get to know everyone.


Friday

Yoga, breakfast, intention setting discussion, and break to walk, have surf lessons and coaching, nap, read or meditate before lunch. Then and optional trip to Todos Santo to purchase food, etc. Optional lesson: "Creating a Gratitude Practice". Lunch and dinner will be served this day before evening yoga and meditation. We will have a sound bowl healing most nights before bed. 

Saturday

Yoga, Breakfast and break for the day. An optional activity such as snorkeling in the Cabo Bay, will be proposed and you can attend, relax, surf with coaching, or spend time alone reading and relaxing. Lunch will be on your own, optional mid day class: "Kriya Yoga". We’ll likely invite a massage therapist to the house; sign up ahead of time! Evening dinner, then evening yoga and sound bowls. 

Sunday

Yoga, breakfast and break for the day. Today we will all travel together to a new beach to play, surf, snorkel, relax or tour the town. We will go out to lunch as a group, and do some yoga on the beach before we depart for the house. We may choose to have dinner and drinks in town, then return to the house for evening yoga and sound bowls. 

Monday

Yoga, breakfast and break for the day. An optional activity will be proposed and you can attend, relax, surf with coaching, or spend time alone reading and relaxing. Lunch will be on your own in town or make it at the house this day around your chosen activities. Optional mid day tour: Hotel California in Todos Santos. Evening dinner, then evening yoga and sound bowls. 

Tuesday

Yoga, breakfast, and break for the day. An optional activity, such as waterfall hiking, will be proposed and you can attend, relax, surf with coaching, or spend time alone reading and relaxing. Lunch will be on your own in town or make it at the house this day around your chosen activities. Optional mid-day class: "Mandala Making". Evening dinner, then evening yoga and sound bowls. 

Wednesday

We will spend the day near the house to prepare for the journey the next day, breakfast, beach time with yoga, surf coaching or relaxing and lunch will be served at the house, an optional class and a “family dinner and farewell gathering and fiesta”.


Thursday

Yoga, Breakfast then depart for the airport. Staff will bring you back to the airport at your designated time.
