1. Do we pay for our own flight? What Airport do we fly into and what airline should we use?

   Your flight to and from the retreat is not included, but transport from the airport is. We will fly into Cabo San Lucas (SJD). Alaska Airlines offers many nonstop flights. Be sure to share your itinerary with the organizers. 

2. What are some of the optional adventures and activities?

   We have partnered with local companies out of Todos Santos to bring you options during the week such as hikes, snorkeling boat rides, necklace making workshops, massages, baby sea turtle releases and more! Once all of the attendees are registered we will be given all of the options and prices, and choose our adventures ahead of time. Each day you will have the option to relax around the house or the beach near the house, lay next to the pool, have Hands-On surf coaching or go on one of the optional outings. 

3. What are some of the types of yoga and daily classes which will be taught?

   Katrina has a background in Kria yoga, Hatha yoga, breathing practices, chanting and mantras, and more. Shaunna has background in pain reduction, hatha yoga, meditation, Yoga nidra, restorative yoga, therapy ball self massage, gratitude practice, health coaching and more. We will also likely offer a cooking or health class. Kate has a background in health and surf coaching and will be helping our surfers whenever they go out to help them have the most fun and level up their surf skills.

4. Have the teachers ever been there before?

   Both Kate and Shaunna have been to Pescadero before and surfed nearby. We know people in the area and have a lot of connections! We have not stayed in this particular house before.

5. What are the prices? Only a few spaces are left; A twin bed for $1750, a King bed for $3250 or a futon couch for $1250. View our reservations page for more info and to pay the $500 deposit. (button below)

6. What is the Cancellation Policy?

   ~Up to 8 weeks before the event cancellation receives 75% refund.

   ~Up to 4 weeks before the event, I will offer you 75% future credit or 50% refund

   ~Up to 3 weeks before the event I will offer you 25% future credit.

   ~ 1-2 weeks or less before the event there will be no credit or refund offered.

   Covid Cancellation: If you need to cancel within 10 days because you test positive or were closely exposed, I will offer you 75% future credit, we will also discuss the option for you to come late to the event after the issue has passed.

7. What is the Covid-19 Policy?

   We will ask that each person takes a Covid test (PCR test preferred) before attending the retreat, 1-2 days in advance. Currently the US requires that we test again before leaving Mexico. If those rules are still in place when we are there, we will arrange the tests for everyone (they cost $50-$75 American dollars).
